Return of goods is possible in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” — within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Only goods of proper quality are subject to return, provided that: – preservation of presentation – product integrity – no wear marks, stains or foreign odors – availability of a receipt or proof of purchase
- Shipping costs are not compensated.

Refunds are made to the buyer’s bank card within 5 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
Exchange
- Exchange of goods is also possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with current legislation.
- Only goods of proper quality are subject to exchange, subject to the same conditions as for return.
- All round-trip shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- If you do not have the required size or model, you can issue a refund.
